Presentation slides
Please send your presentation slides (including video materials and other content information you have available) by the 25th of June to tessa.heldens@mpi.nl with the subject: Presentation - (Surname) - (Submission Number).
We are working with sign language interpreters and they need your presentation two weeks ahead of the conference. You can still update it slightly afterwards, but you must send your slides in advance so the interpreters can prepare. If you have any questions regarding interpretation, you can contact tessa.heldens@mpi.nl.
Please note, if your presentation is too large to send via email, you can also upload your presentation to the following secure folder: https://owncloud.gwdg.de/index.php/s/natGdFDx8xW1Atv
All talks should last no longer than 15 minutes, leaving 5 minutes for questions and session switches. Please time your talk well since our chairs will be strict about these limits to avoid knock-on effects on the conference schedule.
Technical information
Presenters are required to use their laptops via HDMI or USB-C.
If presenters have a Mac or newer laptops without an HDMI port, they should bring their own USB-C adapter.
Presenters (especially Macbook users) should also bring their slides on a USB stick as a backup.
We also ask all presenters to bring a PDF version of their slides in case all other options should fail (please include this also on the USB stick)
Poster information
Posters must be printed in portrait orientation, A0 format. Note we cannot change individual poster boards to landscape orientation.
If you plan to have your poster printed here in Nijmegen, the shops below provide poster printing services. However, note that you must make your own printing arrangements ahead of the conference and that last minute printing may not be possible due to high demand or vacations.

Each talk in the symposium should last 15 minutes, leaving 15 minutes for discussion at the end. Please time your talk well since our chairs will be strict about these limits to avoid knock-on effects for the conference schedule.
Technical information
Symposium coordinators are required to request all contributors’ slides for the symposium prior to the conference, save them all on one of their laptops and make sure that the slides from all presentations, including any media, work on this laptop prior to the conference.
Please note, the pooled slides for each symposium must be on the laptop to be used for presentation prior to the symposium taking place, but the slides must not yet be pooled by the 25th - i.e., all presenters should send their slides individually to the interpreters.
For the laptop to be used during the symposium, the following requirements apply:
The laptop needs to be connected via HDMI or USB-C.
If using a Mac or newer laptops without an HDMI port, they should bring their own USB-C adapter.
Symposium coordinators (especially Macbook users) should also bring all symposium slides pooled on a USB stick as a backup.
We ask symposium presenters to also bring a pdf version of all symposium slides in case all other options should fail (please include this also on the USB stick)
